Dave Jacquart, president of Preston Hollow Financial Services Inc, has been a lifelong resident of Dallas, TX.  He has been originating loans since 1996.  From 1997 -2007, David was a partner in a Dallas based mortgage company originating loans in 23 states.  All said, David's companies have originated loans for more than 4000 families with total loan volume in excess of $750,000,000.00.  Early on, Dave observed that GREED was a prevailing trait in the mortgage industry.  He saw companies lending with no regard to the client or their financial well being. Excessive fees, no guarantee on rates, and general poor performance have been significant contributors to the distrust of the mortgage industry.   For this reason, David has always approached each loan as if he was lending to a family memeber. After all, you wouldn't put your mother into a loan that might place her in financial peril. 

 Julia Jacquart, COO of Preston Hollow Financial Services Inc, has worked in every aspect of the mortgage wholesale industry since 1993.  From a loan coordinator to one of Homecoming Financial LLC's (formerly a subsidiary of GMAC) top nationwide account executives, Julie brings a wealth of understanding from the lender's perspective.  Her experience has enabled Preston Hollow Financial Services Inc has been the #1 reason Preston Hollow Financial Service Inc has a Tier 1 rating with each of the investors it does business with.  Maintaining an elite status is the reason we are able to offer our clients a lower rate, a lower cost, and hassle free loan.  Julie will personally oversee your loan throughout each phase of the loan process.
