Hey there! Well, we’re finally starting to settle somewhat in the house and our world seems to be calming down. The list is growing of things we want to do and purchases to be made as new home owners, but we absolutely love the house. I can not thank you two enough for all the help you gave us too make this happen. Dave, from the very start you were absolutely on top of everything to get our loan through, even working with us to find the loop holes. Julia, you were too sweet to come show the house, jump on it with getting us a contract and helping with the insurance. I want you both to know that Jill and I appreciate everything you did. I look forward to meeting ya’ll and having a few drinks.

I was very satisfied working with David and Preston Hollow Financial Services for my Refi.There were tons of choices and lots of attractive teaser rates out there.But when you sifted through all the fees and points, it never seemed as good as advertised. David’s approach to dealing with fees and points was more affordable than anyone else I found. Another national mortgage broker suggested David wouldn’t be able to deliver… he proved them wrong. If you have mortgage needs, I recommend you give Preston Hollow Financial a call. There are plenty of people with bigger advertising budgets, but I doubt you’ll get better performance. He or Julia were always patient and accessible to answer questions and explain procedures (which have changed along with the mortgage industry).

I just wanted to let you know that I informed Greg Parks that I’m going with you for our loan. Thanks for all your work thus far and for taking the time to help me understand the process and the markets. You asked me to make you work for it. I hope you are satisfied.
In all seriousness, to me the difference was that you could get us to closing quicker (as of yesterday Greg needed three weeks), as well as the fact that you took the initiative to lock in a rate for us last Friday. That spoke volumes to me. Greg did not do this and so what he can offer is different today
